These terms govern your use of dovetaileddesigns.co.uk, an independent information portal about Basswin. By accessing this site you agree to the rules set out below. We last updated this document on 26 November 2025.
Scope of these terms
This site provides factual information about Basswin's games, bonuses, payment methods and responsible gambling tools. We are not affiliated with the operator and do not process registrations, deposits or withdrawals on its behalf.
The operator's own player terms – covering bonuses, wagering, withdrawals and account rules – apply separately when you register with Basswin. Those terms sit on the operator's own domain and are not reproduced here.
Who operates this site
dovetaileddesigns.co.uk is run as an independent editorial project. We research and publish information; we do not handle money, hold player accounts or offer gambling services directly.
All editorial decisions – which brands to cover, how we structure our pages, what we highlight – rest with us. The operator does not control this site's content.
Intellectual property
The text, layout and selection of information on dovetaileddesigns.co.uk belong to us. You may read and share links to our pages; you may not copy substantial portions of the text, republish whole articles or scrape the site's content for commercial use without permission.
Brand names, logos and screenshots reproduced here remain the property of their respective owners. We use them under fair-use principles to illustrate factual reporting.
Your responsibilities as a visitor
You must be 18 or over (18+) to use this site. Gambling is restricted to adults in the UK, and we will not knowingly provide information to anyone younger.
You agree not to misuse the site – no attempts to breach security, inject malicious code, scrape data at scale or impersonate other users. We log access for security purposes and will report abuse where it threatens the site or its visitors.
What we can and cannot promise
We aim for accuracy, but operator terms change and we cannot guarantee that every figure on dovetaileddesigns.co.uk matches the operator's current offer at the moment you read it. Always check Basswin's own terms before depositing.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on information found here. This includes losses from play, disputes with the operator over bonuses or withdrawals, or technical problems on the operator's own platform.
Our liability is limited to the cost of correcting an error on the page where one is confirmed. We exclude liability for indirect losses, lost winnings or consequential damages.
Links to third-party sites
dovetaileddesigns.co.uk links to the operator's domain, to UK responsible gambling organisations and to payment-method providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.
When you follow a link away from dovetaileddesigns.co.uk, that site's own terms apply.
Data protection
How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our privacy policy. We process data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your rights – access, correction, erasure – and how to exercise them are covered there.
Minimum age and access restrictions
This site is for adults only. You must be 18 or over (18+) to access dovetaileddesigns.co.uk. If you share a device with someone younger, consider using parental-control software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio to restrict access.
Service availability
We aim to keep dovetaileddesigns.co.uk online around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues or security incidents may take the site offline temporarily.
We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the service without notice, and we are not liable for any loss arising from downtime.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, not a route to income. If it stops feeling that way, free confidential support is available in the UK:
- GamCare – gamcare.org.uk, National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7)
- BeGambleAware – begambleaware.org
- GamStop – gamstop.co.uk (free national self-exclusion)
Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose, and never chase losses.
